Your journey begins when sailing through ice filled passages, with icebergs circumscribing the waters. 15 kilometers fjord sailing, will lead you to the small settlement Iliminaq. An action packed ride, awaits on the shores. Hop on an ATV and venture into the arctic tundra, surrounded by only wild life and unspoiled nature. When you have reached the southern meeting point, you will hop aboard a passengers boat, that will take you and your fellow explores through the Tasiusaq fjord system.

The fjords system will lead to the Sermermiut area, where inuit hunters used to arrive on their kayaks. While sailing the seas, your guide will entertain you with the history of the area, if not you are distracted by the fruitful sea creatures, playing hide and seek between the waves.

You will be reaching the final destination of the day, the almost secretive and unreachable area Sermermiut. Qajaa has been inaccessible to the public, as scientist resides the area. But World Of Greenland strives to show you the area, as it holds ancient Inuit culture, dating 4000 years back. The area was once inhabited by the Saqqaq-culture, there have left their marks. Explore the midden ruins on the shores, and solve the secrets of the grounds, in the sound of soaring icebergs retracting from the Greenland Ice cap, right behind Qajaa.
