Rul derp\u00e5 tynd og l\u00e6g i smurt t\u00e6rteform. Forbag ved 180 grader til dejen er gylden, cirka 12-15 min.&nbsp;Lav en chokolademasse ved at legere \u00e6g med m\u00e6lk og creme fraiche, og tils\u00e6t sidst smeltet chokolade. At legere betyder at j\u00e6vne med \u00e6g. Undg\u00e5 h\u00f8j varme, hvorved \u00e6ggene skiller.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Fordel sorteb\u00e6r j\u00e6vnt p\u00e5 den for-bagte t\u00e6rtebund og overh\u00e6ld med chokolademasse. Bag t\u00e6rten ved 100-110 grader cirka 1 time.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Sorbet\"><\/span><strong>Sorbet<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>2\u00bd dl vand<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1 h\u00e5ndfuld klokkeblomster<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>80 g glukose<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>200 g hvid chokolade<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Kog vand op, tils\u00e6t klokke-blomst og lad tr\u00e6kke 3-4 min, sigt blomsterne fra. Hvid chokolade og glukose smeltes og \u00bbteen\u00ab piskes i. K\u00f8l af og lad st\u00e5 natten over, mens aromaen udvikles. K\u00f8r dern\u00e6st p\u00e5 ismaskine. Alternativt kan krystaller i isen undg\u00e5es, hvis der r\u00f8res i sorbeten hver halve time under indfrysning.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Stoev\"><\/span><strong>St\u00f8v<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>T\u00f8r sorteb\u00e6r i ovn ved 60-70 grader i 12-16 timer. K\u00f8l af og blend til \u00bbst\u00f8v\u00ab, dvs. til et granulat p\u00e5 st\u00f8rrelse med kv\u00e6rnet kaffe til stempelkande. Opbevar \u00bbst\u00f8vet\u00ab i t\u00e6tsluttende beholder og brug som smagsgiver i eksempelvis desserter.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Rabarber\"><\/span><strong>Rabarber<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00bd bundt rabarber<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1 h\u00e5ndfuld sukker<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00bd dl vand<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>10-15 klokkeblomster<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sk\u00e6r rabarber i stykker og simmer m\u00f8r til en kompot i vand tilsat sukker og klokkeblomst. Smag til med sukker.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>NB. Danske b\u00e6r kan ogs\u00e5 bruges, men brug mindre chokolade, hvis de er s\u00f8de. T\u00e6rten kan med fordel laves dagen f\u00f8r.
