Dermed er der skabt sp\u00e6ndende muligheder for nye forbindelser i fremtiden.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I starten flyves direkte fra K\u00f8benhavn (CPH) i Danmark med en flyvetid p\u00e5 ca. 5 timer. Samme flyvetid som det f.eks. tager fra Hamborg i Tyskland eller New York i USA. Flere hoteller henter ved forudbestilling.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Ilulissat_by\"><\/span><strong>Ilulissat by&nbsp;<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Ilulissat ligger i Diskobugten ca. 300 km nord for polarcirklen ved mundingen af den Unesco-beskyttede Ilulissat Isfjord (Kangia). I bunden af isfjorden ligger gletsjeren Sermeq Kujalleq, der er den mest aktive gletsjer p\u00e5 den nordlige halvkugle.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Fra byen kan man derfor hver dag se en ny \u2018skyline\u2019 af k\u00e6mpe isbjerge der flyder ud fra isfjorden og videre ud i diskobugten med kurs mod David Str\u00e6det.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Det er en speciel oplevelse at sejle ud mellem isbjergene, som at bev\u00e6ge sig mellem k\u00e6mpe h\u00f8jhuse lavet af is. Er man heldig kan man ogs\u00e5 opleve pukkelhvaler i sommerhalv\u00e5ret, der spiser krill og plankton ved isfjordens munding.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center has-large-font-size\"><strong>FAKTA OM ILULISSAT BY <\/strong>&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Byens navn Ilulissat betyder \u201dIsfjeldene\u201d, ofte fortolket som \u201dbyen ved isen\u201d da den er placeret ved mundingen af ved Ilulissat Isfjord.&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Beliggenhed i Diskobugten (Qeqertarsuup Tunua), en del af Gr\u00f8nlands Nordligste kommune (Avannaata Kommunia).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Koordinater 69 Nord 51 Vest.&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Der er et museum i byen for polarforskeren Knud Rasmussen der boede og skrev om byen. Du kan g\u00e5 dertil fra byen ad en plankesti. Isfjordscentret Kangiata Illorsua fort\u00e6ller historien om isen og menneskene.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Fra vandsiden er isbjergene st\u00f8rst. B\u00e5dture sejler ud flere gange dagligt, ogs\u00e5 ved midnat om sommeren.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center has-large-font-size\"><strong>FAKTA OM ILULISSAT ISFJORD<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-white-color\">I<\/mark><\/strong>lulissat Isfjord hedder Kangia p\u00e5 gr\u00f8nlandsk og er ca. 60 km lang ( 37 miles )&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Gletsjeren i bunden af isfjorden hedder Sermeq Kujalleq p\u00e5 gr\u00f8nlandsk<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Isfjorden og omr\u00e5det omkring den blev i \u00e5r 2004 optaget p\u00e5 UNESCO\u2019s verdensarvs liste.&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Gletsjeren er en af verdens mest aktive og sk\u00f8nnes at producere 46 kubikkilometer is om \u00e5ret.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Nogle af de h\u00f8jeste isbjerge i isfjorden er m\u00e5lt til over 400 meter ( 1,312 feet ) over havoverfladen.
