Saqqaq-kulturen boede her mellem 2400 &#8211; 700 BCE. Denne kultur er opkaldt efter en landsby beliggende nord for <a href=\"https:\/\/guidetogreenland.com\/da\/om-groenland\/rejseinformation\/den-ultimative-rejseguide-til-ilulissat\/\">Ilulissat<\/a>, hvor de f\u00f8rste fund fra disse folkeslag fandt sted.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dorset-kulturen opstod ved siden af \u200b\u200bGr\u00f8nland, omkring \u00e5r 800 fvt. og forsvandt i \u00e5r 0. Det var fantastisk at m\u00f8de folk i forskellige landsbyer og se, hvordan vi ligner hinanden s\u00e5 meget.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Jeg tog billedet ovenfor i Nunavut, hvor de taler inuktitut. Det var utroligt, at jeg kunne forst\u00e5 dem, og de forstod ogs\u00e5 mit gr\u00f8nlandske! S\u00e5 sjovt! Udformningen af \u200b\u200bderes t\u00f8j ligner ogs\u00e5 meget det t\u00f8j, vi plejede at have p\u00e5. Vi havde s\u00e5 meget til f\u00e6lles, b\u00e5de i udseende og der var mange kulturelle ligheder.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/guidetogreenland.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/06\/The-Inuit-Culture-in-the-Arctic-Guide-to-Greenland-Laali7-1024x768.jpg\" alt=\"Musher with his dogs \" class=\"wp-image-8792\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Hundesl\u00e6dek\u00f8rsel og inuitterne<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Inuiterne i Alaska, Canada og Gr\u00f8nland har ogs\u00e5 <a href=\"https:\/\/guidetogreenland.com\/da\/?swoof=1&amp;lang=da&amp;post_type=product&amp;pa_activities=hundeslaede\">hundesl\u00e6den<\/a> til f\u00e6lles. Den bruges til transport og fiskeri, selvom vi ogs\u00e5 bruger b\u00e5de og snescootere i vore dage.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Der er kun sm\u00e5 forskelle i, hvordan hver kultur bygger sine sl\u00e6der, og hvordan de binder hundene. Dette skyldes hovedsageligt forskelle i landskaberne og form\u00e5let med turen. Brug af hunde til at tr\u00e6kke sl\u00e6der, antages at v\u00e6re begyndt i Sibirien for omkring 7000 \u00e5r siden, og inuitterne har specifikt opdr\u00e6ttet hunde til at tr\u00e6kke sl\u00e6der i mindst 4000 \u00e5r. Dette er et andet element, der er almindeligt p\u00e5 tv\u00e6rs af Inuit-kulturer, men de varierer i form afh\u00e6ngigt af hvor du er (selv inden for forskellige omr\u00e5der af Gr\u00f8nland). Nogle hjem bruger dem stadig i dag, men de bruges hovedsageligt til gr\u00f8ntsager, ost eller dekoration.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/guidetogreenland.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/06\/The-Inuit-Culture-in-the-Arctic-Guide-to-Greenland-Laali8-768x1024.jpg\" alt=\"Inuit tatooes\" class=\"wp-image-8801\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Inuit tatoveringer<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Endelig har de forskellige Inuit-kulturer en historie om tatovering. Denne praksis forsvandt n\u00e6sten, da mission\u00e6rerne, der kom til Gr\u00f8nland i 1900&#8217;erne, forb\u00f8d det. En lignende ting skete i Alaska.
