The tour to the tundra viewpoint was interesting. Unfortunately, we didn't see any musk oxen, but we did get a close look at a reindeer. The guide provided a lot of information, although we found the amount of narration a bit too long. Nevertheless, it was an interesting tour. Thank you!

The tour to Point 66 was fantastic. We had a truly wonderful guide. Mads from Guide to Greenland arranged a private trip for us at short notice in a 4x4 vehicle. The day was amazing and unforgettable. Many thanks and, of course, top marks!

Having already enjoyed a spectacular midnight iceberg boat trip two days prior, we contacted the Unique Tours team in Ilulissat to ask if we could do a whale-watching tour instead.

On the small boat, which only had six seats, there were exactly two spots left, so they kindly allowed us to join. It was the most spectacular and amazing whale-watching tour we've ever done. It lasted over three hours, and the whales were right next to us and even below the small boat. One of the most impressive experiences we've ever had.

After our originally planned tour to the Ice Sheet couldn't take place on the agreed date due to a last-minute flight change, and the alternative date was canceled because of a cruise ship, Mads from Guide to Greenland organized a private, individual guided tour for us in a 4x4 Land Cruiser. We were absolutely thrilled and incredibly grateful to Mads and his team for this opportunity. The tour to Russell Glacier and the Ice Sheet was spectacularly beautiful. The Sletdog tour was a very positive surprise for us. The owner's enthusiasm for her dogs was impressive. Being so close to the dogs was truly special and will remain unforgettable. We got to meet and harness the dogs before the ride, and they were all so friendly.
Our guide was amazing, really friendly and taught us a lot about life in Greenland, and the history and use of the working dogs.
There hadn't been much snow before our ride so the ice was bumpy, but this added to the fun :D

I'm very happy I took this boat tour. The scenery, the icebergs, and the light were breathtaking. We were lucky to have good weather: it was cold and a little windy, but bearable. There was a beautiful pink light reflecting off the sea, creating a magical atmosphere. The trip was long enough, and the guide provided us with lots of interesting information. Highly recommended.

The trip was excellent- our driver gave us an exciting trip through the icebergs and even found a whale for us to see and video - it was a great value as well - definitely plan to do it while in Nuuk

This was hands down the best experience of our entire Greenland trip! Standing on the massive Greenland Ice Sheet at Point 660 felt like being on top of Mount Everest or standing at the edge of the world. The sensation is impossible to fully capture in words - you're surrounded by endless white ice stretching to the horizon, complete silence, and the most pristine nature imaginable.
We were blessed with beautiful weather and bright sunshine, which made the ice sparkle like diamonds. The silence was profound - no sounds except the occasional whisper of wind. It's a deeply spiritual experience that makes you feel truly connected with nature and the planet. The photos from this trip are absolutely stunning - I've had several printed and framed for my wall at home. The light, the textures of the ice, the vast expanses of white and blue - every shot looks like a National Geographic cover! Important tip: Bring proper boots with good grip as there's snow and ice to walk on. But don't worry about fitness levels - the tour isn't physically demanding at all, making it accessible for most people.
If you only do one thing in Greenland, make it this. Standing on the ice sheet is a once-in-a-lifetime experience that will stay with you forever. Absolutely incredible!

This Nuuk Icefjord tour was absolutely breathtaking and easily one of the highlights of our entire Greenland stay! There's nothing quite like the experience of breaking through partially frozen waters, hearing the ice crack beneath the boat as you navigate through this pristine Arctic landscape. The most memorable moment was when our guide broke off a piece of ancient glacier ice for us to put in the whisky - sipping a drink cooled by thousand-year-old ice while surrounded by raw, untouched wilderness was simply magical. The silence was profound, broken only by the sounds of nature - the ocean lapping against icebergs, distant bird calls, and the occasional splash of marine life. The scenery was beyond words - massive icebergs in every shade of blue and white, dramatic fjord walls, and the vast Arctic wilderness stretching as far as the eye could see. This tour is an absolute must-do. It's not just a boat trip; it's a deeply moving experience that connects you with the raw power and beauty of Greenland's nature. Truly unforgettable!

This trip to Qoornoq Island was absolutely fantastic! The boat journey from Nuuk alone was worth it - we sailed through stunning fjord scenery, photographed beautiful waterfall, and navigated among ice floes of various shapes and sizes. We were lucky enough to spot a seal curiously popping its head out of the water.
We were a group of three and were joined by a few other travelers (more than 6 people total), so it wasn't completely private as the name suggests, but it was still a small, intimate group and the experience was wonderful. The small group size made it feel personal and allowed for great interaction with the guide.
Qoornoq Island itself was very interesting, the whole area has an otherworldly beauty that's hard to describe. The entire trip was well-organized and definitely worth the investment. For anyone visiting Nuuk, this is a must-do experience. The combination of the scenic boat ride, wildlife spotting opportunities, and the historical significance of the island makes this tour exceptional. Don't forget to bring your camera - you'll need it!
