This tour is for those who are looking for a spectacular full-day adventure. You will be walking along a mountain ridge with stunning views and will be rewarded with an amazing 360 degrees view at Kangilia. Watch the big open sea to the west, one of the biggest fiord systems in the world looking north, east, and south, and 750 meters of almost sheer wall on the southside.
This view will give you a new perspective on the vastness of the backcountry of Nuuk and the fiords in Greenland. It’s pretty exceptional! … The enormous distances, the deep fiords with towering mountain peaks, the fresh Arctic air!
The tour begins at the outskirts of Nuuk, and brings you right into the wilderness, hiking between mountains and lakes. It’s an even ascend which might make you work a little harder, but we guarantee you that it will get more beautiful every step you go!
