Get the full arctic experience with this dog sled trip to the Coffeehouse. A trip on 4-5 hours taking you across the Tasiilaq Fjord through a beautiful snow covered paradise.

Get to feel the snow crunch under your boots as you walk towards the dog sled. The perfect tour to understand the vastness and demanding nature really is, as you sit back and relax on the sled. As the dogs work hard while the driver gives his demands, you can enjoy the cold breeze and beautiful views any direction you look. You will be taking off from the north side of Tasiilaq town and be introduced to the musher and his dogs. Greenlandic sled dogs, are work dogs and very loyal towards their owner, who uses many months to train the dogs as a pack. This you will have the honor to experience the relationship between man and dog, as you join them on an unforgettable journey to the Coffehouse, three huts in the middle of nowhere. They were constructed for hunters to stay overnight in case of bad weather or pure exhaustion, to this day - the huts are still used. The huts are situated between the small village Tiniteqilaaq and Ukiverajik, a popular hunting area.

The trip will take you across the Tasiilaq fjord. An untouched landscape, a paradise with only traces of snowmobiles, cross country skiers and if you are lucky, animal tracks.
