Today, you have plenty of time to explore Nuuk’s bustling cafés, unique shops, and cultural spots at your own pace. Hunt for handmade Greenlandic designs, relax with a hot drink, or simply soak in the lively city atmosphere. At 9 PM, board the coastal ship Sarfaq Ittuk and set sail along Greenland’s majestic coastline toward Ilulissat. Keep your eyes on the starry skies – there is a great chance to witness the spectacular northern lights shimmering above the Arctic waters.

Coastal voyage and welcome to Sisimiut

Wake up on board Sarfaq Ittuk and experience a short stop in Maniitsoq before continuing north along Greenland’s stunning coastline. In the evening, around 6:30 PM, you arrive in Sisimiut, Greenland’s charming second-largest town.

Upon arrival, you will be transferred to the welcoming Hotel Sisimiut, your comfortable base for the next five nights. After check-in, meet your local guide who will provide practical information and confirm your planned excursions.
